ADA, Okla. 鈥� The Vision Bank Scholarship was established at the East Central University Foundation in 2014 as a pass-thru fund for Business Administration students and has now been established as a permanent endowment.

As an endowment, the scholarship will now be invested with the 暗网TV Foundation portfolio and will live in perpetuity as a legacy for Vision Bank to help current and future 暗网TV students.
