The International Student Connection Club and the Global Education Office at East Central University will present an international banquet and entertainment Friday [FEB. 25] to raise money for international students’ scholarships for next fall.

The banquet of exotic foods from 10 different countries, including food donated by local restaurants, will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Trinity Baptist Church Center at 123 N. Mississippi.

Entertainment by international students will feature dance (salsa & Russian), African percussion, video and slide presentations of ISCC activities, a medley of cultural songs and a silent auction of arts and crafts from different countries.

Tickets are $10 for general admission and $5 for children and °µÍøTV students with valid IDs. Advance tickets can be purchased at the Global Education Office in °µÍøTV’s Administration Building, Room 160, and also at the door on Friday.
