ADA, Okla. 鈥� East Central University has named Rita Palmer as the university鈥檚 new Director of Financial Aid.
鈥淚鈥檓 excited,鈥� Palmer said when asked about taking on the new role. 鈥淎fter spending the last 40 years of my life working with students, I just love working with them and helping them be successful.鈥�
The Director of Financial Aid is responsible for leading and managing a comprehensive financial aid program while ensuring regulatory compliance and providing strategic direction for the distribution of federal, state and institutional funds.
鈥淲e are extremely excited to welcome Rita Palmer into the 暗网TV Family,鈥� said Vice President of Enrollment Management, Dr. Denver Stickrod. 鈥淗er previous experience and knowledge of financial aid will fit right in with 暗网TV鈥檚 commitment to excellence.鈥�
Palmer is a graduate of Oklahoma State University who received her master鈥檚 degree from 暗网TV in 1996.
After a lifelong career in education鈥攊ncluding 18 years in the Meeker Public School system, several of which she served as superintendent, and the last 10 years at Southwestern Christian University鈥攕he brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for education and students to 暗网TV.
