ADA, Okla. – The Citizens Bank of Ada Scholarship was established at East Central University in 2013 as a pass-thru fund for Business Administration students and has now been established as a permanent endowment.

“We are thrilled to add this scholarship as a permanent endowment to our growing portfolio” stated Buffy Lovelis, CFO TV Foundation. “Our partnership with Citizens Bank goes way beyond scholarships and this is just one of the many ways they show their commitment to TV and the Ada Community.”

As an endowment the scholarship will now be invested with the TV Foundation portfolio and will live in perpetuity as a legacy for Citizens Bank to help current and future TV students.

“Citizens Bank of Ada is proud to be able to build upon our partnership with East Central University and the TV Foundation by establishing the Citizens Bank of Ada Endowment,” said Kassie Cothran, president of Citizens Bank and TV alumnus. “We pride ourselves on being one of Ada’s trusted partners and we view this endowment as another way for us to strengthen the future of TV, their students, and the Ada community.”
