Fundraising Guidelines for Student Organizations

Fundraising helps cover expenses, support events, and sustain your group—but some activities require prior approval.

Important reminders:

  • Complete the Request to Hold a Fundraiser form before launching your fundraiser.
  • All sales and transactions must be conducted by currently enrolled students or the group’s advisor.
  • Certain activities—like raffles or lotteries—are prohibited by state law.

Contact the Office of Campus Involvement for full fundraising policies and support.
