At East Central University, we鈥檙e committed to making higher education affordable and accessible. Incoming freshmen who are Oklahoma residents have access to a variety of scholarship opportunities to help reduce the cost of attendance.
We offer support through:
- Merit- and need-based scholarships
- Student employment opportunities
- State and federal financial aid
Please Note:
Scholarship selection is a competitive process. Meeting minimum eligibility requirements does not guarantee an award.
Deadline: Submit your completed application by February 1 for priority consideration.
Teacher鈥檚 Promise Scholarship
- Amount:
Up to $6,000 total
($750 per semester for up to 8 semesters) - Eligibility:
Available exclusively to dependents of Oklahoma public school teachers.
Honors Scholarship
- Amount
Tuition:$14,000
($1,750 x 8 semesters) - Eligibility
- 24+ on a national ACT, minimum
- 3.5 GPA
